Nobody Claps?

Revelation 2:3

“Without growing weary, you have persevered and endured many things for the sake of My name.”

Some days, the hardest thing we can do is simply get up and try again. We smile when we’re hurting, keep going when we’re tired, and do our best when we wonder if our best is enough.

Jesus understood that feeling. When He spoke to the Christians at Ephesus, He let them know that He had seen their struggles and their faithfulness. They had kept going through difficult times, and He had noticed.

I love knowing that Jesus still notices.

He sees the quiet tears, hears the prayers whispered in the darkness, and notices the little acts of kindness that nobody remembers to thank us for.

Maybe you’re tired today. Maybe you’ve been trying so hard for so long that you’ve begun to wonder if any of it matters. It does!

You may never hear anyone say, “I see how hard you’re trying.” But remember, heaven sees what the world overlooks.

So tonight, when the tiredness catches up with you, remember this. The applause you never heard was not missing. It was happening in heaven.

Prayer: Father, when life becomes difficult, help me keep going, knowing You see and understand everything.

I’m Lonnie Davis, and this is a thought worth thinking.
