Little Things Matter

Matthew 25:21

“Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into your master’s joy.”

Look again at those words: “You have been faithful with a few things.” Small duties prepare us for greater opportunities. They show whether we can be trusted with what God has placed in our hands.

Faithfulness is often revealed in small, unnoticed responsibilities. A simple task, a kept promise, or a quiet act of service may seem unimportant, but God uses these moments to shape us.

God sees our diligence even when others do not. Being “good and faithful” is about character, not merely performance. When we wisely care for a little, God generously entrusts us with more.

Prayer: Lord, help me faithfully care for every small responsibility You place in my hands today.
